Peggy Oeschle

Every artist dips his bursh in his own soul.” -Peggy Oeschle

With an interest in metal sculpture and photography, Pegge Oeschle has spent the last 20 years working with primarily in Chinese Brush and watercolor.

Believing that the essence instead of the piece itself is the most important aspect of art, Oeschle has captured that essence in each work she has produced.

Initially beginning her art education in high school, Oeschle spent her undergraduate years at the University of California, Santa Barbara. She followed up with two years at Los Angeles’ Otis Art Institute.

Oeschle studied Chinese Brush Painting with people such as Ning Yeh and Grace Chow, as well as Joan McKasson, Robert Wood, and Cheng Khee Chee in watercolor.

She has private collections displayed throughout the United States and Taiwan.
