Dunton Hot Springs, which is situated in the San Juan Mountains of the Colorado Rockies, is offering the exclusive opportunity to rent out the entire town.

This fully restored ghost town is set in a pristine Alpine region along the Dolores River, which serves as a moat. The communal Saloon and Dance Hall are surrounded by twelve authentic hand-hewn log cabins – each one different from the others – with an extensive library, yoga studio, spa treatment rooms, and a beautiful waterfall not far off.

Surrounded by cascading mountains that reach up to 14,000 feet, there is plenty to do at this resort. There are activities such as heli-skiing, trout fishing, and rafting to simple exploration whether it be hiking, cross-country skiing, or horseback riding. The meals feature local ingredients and wine from the resort’s personal vineyard, Sutcliffe Vineyards.

It isn’t named Dunton Hot Springs for nothing. Calcium bicarbonate hot springs can be enjoyed from all around the area, including the 19th century Bathhouse, Well House cabin, in some of the pools, or simply under the stars at the source of the river.

Priced anywhere between $10,000 – $17,500 per night, this place provides seclusion that won’t be matched anywhere else.
