Platinum Luxury Auctions will auction off a luxury penthouse condominium in Boca Raton, Florida for an estimated $4.2 million. The penthouse is fully furnished and has recently undergone a $4 million renovation.

The estate is located directly on the beach in Palm Beach County. It is a 5,100 square foot area with three bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms.

Platinum Luxury Auctions is requiring interested bidders to register before attending the event. The auction, which will be the first of its kind in the area, will take place on June 21.
